It’s All About the Baba (accent on the 2nd “ba”)

Pina introduced us to Baba, a delicious pastry that we’ve seen everywhere in different sizes and forms. The taste is very reminiscent of the rum cakes that we used to get at Italian bakeries in Massachusetts when we were growing up, but with a lighter, more airy texture. And they’re dripping with rum.
